Annual Advance
• Ad-Free Services: the greater of $6 per system*, subscriber, or branch per month, or 15% of gross revenues generated by the authorized service, adjusted in proportion to the repertoire used.
(Minimum of $2.50 per system, subscriber, or branch per month)
• Ad-Supported Service: the greater of $8 per system*, subscriber, or branch per month, or 20% of gross revenues generated by the authorized service, adjusted in proportion to the repertoire used.
(Minimum of $3.35 per system, subscriber, or branch per month).
*The term "system" refers to any type of device installed on the premises of a subscriber for the reception and broadcast of the authorized service, including personal computers, terminals, etc.
